Online Banking Resource Center
At Bank3, we’re always looking for ways to make banking easier, more connected and more useful for you. On Monday, October 5, we’re upgrading to a new online banking platform powered by one of the industry’s most trusted technologies, bringing an improved digital banking experience to both personal and commercial customers.
With the new platform, you’ll have better visibility across your accounts, easier ways to manage your banking, and improved connections with financial tools you already use, including Venmo, Trustly, Wave and many more.
We’ve created this resource center to help you prepare for the transition, understand what’s changing and find the information you need to get started.
Online banking will be unavailable while we upgrade the system, beginning at 4 PM on Friday, Oct. 2 and will be available again at 8 AM on Monday, October 5th.
Personal Banking Resources
Use the resources below to learn what’s changing, prepare for the upgrade and get the most out of the new Bank3 Online Banking experience.
What’s changing and what’s staying the same?
Your personal banking features will all be available in the new Bank3 Online Banking experience. This version also better integrates with financial tools like Venmo, Wave, and Trustly. The mobile app is changing: after the October 5th upgrade, you will be required to download the new Bank3 Mobile Banking app for iOS or Android devices in order to access your account via mobile device.
Unlike the previous online banking experience, personal and business accounts will now require separate logins in the new Bank3 Online Banking platform for enhanced account security.
First-time login instructions:
When you access the Bank3 Online Banking platform for the first time, your username will remain the same. You will be prompted to create a new password, complete two-factor authentication for account security, and complete account verification steps in order to gain access.
How to get help:
If you need help accessing your account or within the platform, contact (901) 623-2266 or upgrade@bank3.com for assistance.
Due to an Intuit product requirement, there is a blackout period for all Intuit products, including Mint, Quicken, and Quickbooks, of approximately seven days. During this time, you can still complete your scheduled transactions; however, real-time financial reporting will be delayed within the Intuit dashboards until the end of the blackout period.
For accurate balance information during this blackout period, please log into the Bank3 Online Banking platform or Bank3 Mobile Banking app. We’ve created helpful guides for Mint, Quicken, Quickbooks Online, and Quickbooks Desktop product users to prepare for the upgrade.
If you have recurring transfers set up between Bank3 accounts or with outside financial accounts, you will need to reestablish them in the upgraded Bank3 Online Banking. Before October 2nd, take note of all of your existing recurring transfers. On October 5th, navigate to the Transfers or Payments section to rebuild your recurring transfer schedules. You might be prompted to complete security protocol when linking outside sources.
Your existing Bill Pay schedule should seamlessly transition to the new Bank3 Online Banking system. As a safety precaution, we recommend you log into your current banking portal and print a list of your current payees, account numbers, and payment history. Double-check scheduled dates and take note of any bills scheduled to go out during the October 2nd-October 5th window to ensure no payments are missed or duplicated. When Bank3 Online Banking is live on October 5th, log in to verify your automatic payments are properly set up.
If you are unable to view certain personal accounts, our team can fix this visibility issue for you. Contact (901) 623-2266 or upgrade@bank3.com. Please note that business accounts and personal accounts cannot be viewed using the same login information in the new Bank3 Online Banking platform.
The existing online banking system will no longer be available beginning at 4 PM on Friday, October 2nd. The upgraded system will go live at 8 AM on Monday, October 5th.

Intuit Product User Resources
Intuit product users should take action before the October 2nd outage begins at 4 PM to ensure continued access to their Bank3 account information and a smooth transition to the new online banking platform.
Due to Intuit system limitations, connections with Bank3 Online Banking will have a period of approximately seven days during which your real-time account information will be unavailable. During this time, you can still complete your scheduled transactions; however, real-time financial reporting will be delayed within the Intuit dashboards until the end of the blackout period. For accurate balance information during this time, please log into the Bank3 Online Banking platform or Bank3 Mobile Banking app after the October 5th launch.
Please follow the appropriate instructions for your platform (listed below) to ensure no data is lost in the transition.
1st Action Deadline: Friday, October 2nd, 2026:
A data file backup and a final transaction download within the Intuit platform should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date: Monday, October 5th, 2026:
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken, Mint, or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection
As Bank3 completes its system conversion, Mint aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Mint.com data is stored on Intuit cloud servers. Data is updated with every change and cannot restore data to a previous point in time.
For a successful account update, do not log into your Mint.com until 5 business days after the 2nd Action Date your institution has communicated.
During this time, the Mint.com server will automatically make the system conversion for your activated accounts. If you login into Mint.com during this time, you may see duplicate accounts, or an error displayed. Please do not attempt to change the status or make any changes in Mint.com during this time. After 5 business days, the accounts should reconcile showing your transaction history available.
In the event that your accounts do not display current transactions after 5 business days, you may log back into Mint.com and click refresh to update the account. After the download completes, click the Transactions tab to view up to 90 days of transaction history.
