Lynn Carson

serves as a Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Banc3 Holdings, Inc. Lynn has more than 25 years in commercial banking, his experience spanning underwriting, portfolio management, credit approval, administration, and business development. Most recently, Carson was Senior Vice President in the Commercial Banking Group of SunTrust Bank in Memphis. He previously held positions with Metropolitan Bank, Magna Bank, BancorpSouth Bank, National Bank of Commerce (SunTrust), SouthTrust Bank (Wachovia) and Compass Bank. In the mid-2000s, Carson served as Vice President and CFO of Garner Automotive Products, a $50 million automotive aftermarket manufacturer and assisted in orchestrating its sale in late 2005. He holds a BBA (Banking & Finance) and MBA, both from the University of Mississippi. He is a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the board of the Memphis Zoological Society.

Frank J. Cianciola

serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Banc3 Holdings, Inc. He began his financial services career at Union Planters in 1973 and from 1984-1992 he held a variety of executive positions with Commerce Union Bank (C&S Sovran). From 1992-1995, Cianciola served as CFO of The Memphis Group, Inc., a $60 million aerospace company. In 1995, he became CEO of Victory Bank and Trust, followed by his role as Founder, CEO and Chairman of Renasant Bank. Frank served on the publicly held Renasant (RNST) Bank’s Board from 2004 – 2009. Most recently, he served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of Metropolitan Bank. Cianciola holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from The University of Memphis. He is a graduate of The Graduate School of International Banking (University of Virginia), The Graduate School of Commercial Lending (University of Oklahoma) and The Effective Executive Program (The Wharton School). Cianciola is a past President of the Economic Club of Memphis.

Scott A. Hauss

serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer for Banc3 Holdings, inc. He began his career in 1987 in Ford Motor Credit Company’s management training program concentrating on lending, collections and audit. In 1991 he joined National Bank of Commerce (SunTrust Bank) as Vice President and head of the Collections Department, and subsequently served as Vice President of Aircraft Lending from 1998 to 2001. He then joined Union Planters (Regions) Business Banking and was named Senior Vice President for West TN, North MS and Eastern AR, directing 21 lenders and a $250 million portfolio. In 2007, Hauss became a founding Senior Managing Director at Metropolitan Bank responsible for Commercial Banking. He holds a BBA (Management) from The University of Memphis. He serves on the board of Memphis Goodwill Industries, Evangelical Christian School and is a Deacon and Finance Committee Chairman of Cross Roads Baptist Church and other outside activities. Hauss has also served as Evangelical Christian Middle School’s soccer coach and Memphis area Lobo’s competitive soccer coach.

Edward J. “Ed” Gentry

serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer.  Mr. Gentry has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Gentry most recently served as the Chairman, President & CEO of CRA Partners in Memphis, TN.  CRA Partners provides a nationwide crime prevention program for low to moderate income seniors & veterans.  The program provides Community Reinvestment Act credit for sponsoring banks.  Mr. Gentry is professionally credit trained and previously served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer at Triumph Bank.  Gentry has also held executive level positions at National Bank of Commerce, BancorpSouth and The Bank of New York. Gentry received both his Bachelors of Science and Commerce and Masters in Business Administration from Rider University.  He is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending conducted at Vanderbilt University.  He currently serves as the President of the Board of Governors at Ridgeway Country Club.  In addition, he  has served on the board of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis; was very active in the United Way of the Mid-South; and taught Money & Banking at the University of Memphis for several years.

Matt Shirley

serves as Memphis Market President for the Company. Mr. Shirley has been in the banking/finance industry for over 14 years. He began his financial services career at Union Planters Bank in 2002. For the next eight years he held various positions in the bank’s retail branches, credit underwriting & support, and commercial banking production roles. In 2010 he joined Metropolitan Bank as a Managing Director in their Commercial Lending group. Mr. Shirley is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, earning a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Marketing & Finance, and a graduate of Union University, earning a Masters in Business Administration degree. serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking.  Lisa has been in banking and the financial industry for over 34 years.  She began her banking career as a Teller with Community Bank of Germantown in 1982.  She later moved to a full-time position as a Teller and then as a Personal Banker.  Lisa served as a Banking Officer and Branch Manager for Victory Bank and Trust Company in 1988.  Lisa most recently served as a Branch Manager, Retail Coordinator, Conversion Team Specialist and Bank Operations Officer for Renasant Bank for the last 17 years.  Lisa attended Memphis State University earning a Bachelor in Business Administration.  Lisa is also a graduate of the Barrett School of Banking.  Lisa and her husband reside in Memphis, TN.

Liz M. Johnson

serves as Executive Assistant and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Banc3 Holdings, Inc. She has more than 14 years in the banking industry as an executive aide, and in treasury management sales and business customer service. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Johnson held the role of executive assistant at Mednikow Jewelers, The Day Foundation, and Williams-Sonoma. She attended Christian Brothers University.

Keith Fuller

serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Mr. Fuller has been in the banking and financial industry for over 19 years. He began his banking career in the collections department at National Bank of Commerce in 1997.   He later moved to equity underwriting, aircraft lending, business banking and commercial real estate. Keith served as vice president for Regions as a business banker and later Independent Bank as a commercial lender. He most recently served as vice president for Trust One / Iberia Bank as a business banker. Keith attended The University of Mississippi earning a Bachelor in Business Administration. Christopher L. Miller

He began his career in the collections department at National Bank of Commerce in 1992 and later moved to their finance department. Chris served as vice president for Bancorp South and as Special Assets Manager for west Tennessee and a business banker at Union Planters. Mr. Miller joined Merchant and Farmers Bank as a vice president in the Memphis commercial lending department and most recently was the Managing Director of Commercial Banking at Metropolitan Bank. Ellen Gantz

serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Credit Administration and Compliance for the Company. Ms. Gantz has over 30 years of banking experience, primarily in Loan Administration roles however she has also held various other positions throughout her banking career to include Teller, CSR, Administrative Assistant, Credit Supervisor, Branch Manager & Consumer Loan Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Gantz was Senior Vice President and Loan Administration Manager of Triumph Bank in Memphis, TN. Ms. Gantz previously held banking positions with Magna Bank, Bank Tennessee, National Bank of Commerce, United American Bank, Tennessee Bank & Trust and Security Pacific (in CA). Ms. Gantz has continued to increase her banking knowledge by taking courses and training classes through Tennessee Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, and the Mid-South Regulatory Compliance Group. Ms. Gantz previously served as a committee member for the Mid-South Regulatory Compliance Group’s Steering Committee and has been involved in community service activities as a volunteer at Binghampton Christian Academy and Advance Memphis. Ms. Gantz resides in Arlington, Tennessee, with her husband.

Stephanie Foote

serves as Senior Vice President and Manager – Deposit and Treasury Operations and Compliance. She has 25 years of banking experience. After attending the University of Memphis, she began her career in banking at National Bank of Commerce (now SunTrust) and, during her tenure there, worked in the Wire Transfer, Trustee Management, and Treasury Management areas. As Vice President at Magna Bank (now Pinnacle Bank), Ms. Foote was responsible for the formation of Magna’s Treasury Management department. She also managed the Deposit Operations area and helped implement and manage many of the new technical platforms and services for the bank. Ms. Foote and her daughter reside in Hernando, MS.

Jim R. Perkins

serves as Senior Vice President (part time) concentrating in Real Estate Lending. Perkins began his career in finance in Household Finance Corp’s management training program and after two years joined Memphis Bank & Trust retail banking division serving as a branch lending officer. He transferred to the Real Estate Division in 1973 as Asst. Vice President providing financing for local homebuilders. MB&T was purchased in 1985 by First American Nat’l Bank. Perkins remained with First American’s real estate div. for 15 years rising to Senior Vice President and manager of it’s Residential Real Estate Dept. handling residential and commercial construction and land development lending as well as managing the Memphis bank’s mortgage loan division. First American was purchased in 2000 by AmSouth Bank. In 2004 Perkins left AmSouth and joined Renasant Bank where he served as Exec. Vice President, Real Estate until 2011. In 2012 he joined InSouth Bank on a part time basis helping to rebuild their real estate portfolio. He retired in Dec. 2013. Perkins attended Memphis State University and is a graduate of the ABA School of Commercial Real Estate Finance (Ohio State Univ.), and the MBA School of Real Estate Finance (Univ. of Wisconsin). He is a former member of the Homebuilders Association finance committee and past president of the National Assoc. of Credit Managers.

Derek Douglas

serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Douglas has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on banking, marketing and customer experience technologies. He began his career at NBC Bank, leading a team responsible for launching one of the first internet banking and bill payment programs in the country, and served as Assistant Vice President managing the bank’s virtual branch and online marketing initiatives. Derek later joined First Mercantile Trust, a retirement services provider, where he was responsible for developing the company’s CRM solution to help manage national marketing and sales initiatives. Most recently, Derek managed the Donor Experience Quality program at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He studied Business Management at Western Governors University. Derek resides in midtown Memphis.

Carol Dickinson

serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banking Loan Specialist. Ms. Dickinson has over 25 years of banking experience, primarily in Commercial Lending. She began her banking career at National Bank of Commerce (now SunTrust) in the mortgage department and later moved to the Business Banking Division to assist the manager of the division. She has also served with BancorpSouth and Triumph Bank, managing loan and deposit portfolios. Carol has extensive experience with loans and deposits as well as cash management products. She has served as a member of the East Memphis Baptist Memorial Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Board for four years. Ms. Dickinson is a resident of Collierville, Tennessee.

Meredith West

serves as Assistant Vice President of private banking. She comes to us with a strong sales background working as an associate with Tom James Company and Josef’s Jewelers. Meredith is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Janea Burgess

serves as Vice President – Financial Analyst and Controller.  Janea has been in banking for over 14 years, with more than 8 years’ experience in deposit operations.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in business administration.  Janea resides in Bartlett, TN.

Melissa Estep

serves as Assistant Vice President of Deposit Operations.  Melissa joins us from Renasant Bank where she was most recently the Head Teller and Personal Banker in Collierville.  Melissa is a talented and seasoned professional that brings over 10 years of banking experience to Bank3, in addition to management positions in retail prior to beginning her career in banking.  Melissa is a native Memphian and holds a BS in Sociology from The University of Memphis.

Cheryl Matthews

serves as loan operations specialist in Memphis. Ms. Matthews has almost 40 years of banking experience, beginning her career with Union Planters National Bank as a proof operator in the Operations Department and also as a loan assistant in commercial lending, a collateral clerk and collateral operations assistant.  She has also worked at Neshoba Bank, Trustmark Bank, INSOUTH Bank, First Alliance Bank and Triumph Bank. Cheryl has one son and two grandsons and is active in her church serving as the Sunday School Secretary and Leadership Advocate for the Youth and Young Ladies of the Church.

Amanda Hewgley

serves as Credit Analyst in Memphis. After graduating from Texas Christian University, Amanda began her career with First Tennessee Bank in the retail management division. She is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Memphis and is certified as a Community Bank Credit Analyst (CCBCA) by the ICBA. She is actively involved with Streetdog Foundation, an organization that rescues and rehabilitates neglected dogs in the community. Amanda currently resides in downtown Memphis with her rescue pup, Piper.


Jackie Hensley

serves as Loan Administration Specialist.   Jackie comes to us with a strong retail and accounting background having owned several businesses in Northern Mississippi with her late husband, Rick. For past five years Ms. Hensley has also been involved with Senior Living in the Memphis Area.  She is actively involved with several local community organizations.  Jackie has two adult sons and currently resides in Olive Branch, MS.

Hannah Tessaro

serves as Banking Center Specialist in Memphis. Ms. Tessaro recently completed an internship as a manager for WayForward Adventures in Colorado and New Mexico and has worked as a client relations specialist for Metropolitan Bank. Hannah is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.


Leslie Lloyd

serves as Banking Center Specialist in Memphis.  Mrs. Lloyd began her nearly 20-year banking career with Renasant Bank (formerly Community Commercial Bank) and has since transitioned back from her role as a full-time mother.  Leslie has experience in all retail capacities having served from teller to assistant vice president.  Leslie and her husband John reside in Memphis with their three children.

Catrina White

serves as Banking Center Specialist in Memphis.  Mrs. White has many years of experience in the banking industry as a teller and in customer service.  Catrina began her banking career nearly 20 years ago with Merchants and Planters Bank in Hardeman County.  After relocating to Memphis with her family, Catrina was teller at First Tennessee Bank for 5 years.   Mrs. White transitioned from full-time mother back into the banking industry with Renasant Bank for 8 years.  Catrina and her husband Kendale reside in Memphis with their 2 children.

Clay Billingsley

Michelle Bing

Michelle was Senior Vice President at Reelfoot Bank in Union City, Tennessee, where she served in a variety of roles, including assisting the bank’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with business development, bank management, and board reporting. Ms. Bing was the main point-of-contact for most of the bank’s largest depositors. She also served as secretary to the bank’s board of directors and was the liaison to the Federal Reserve during the bank’s regulatory examinations. Prior to her serving as Senior Vice President, Ms. Bing held numerous roles in bank operations, including accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance, and loan processing. Ms. Bing serves as Vice Chairman of the Tennessee Bankers Association, Young Bankers Division. Locally in Northwest Tennessee, she is Treasurer of the Joint Economic Development Council, a regional coalition tasked with recruiting and retaining capital investment. Ms. Bing graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Economics. Tommy Gurley

Tommy was Vice President at Reelfoot Bank in Union City, Tennessee, where he served as a commercial lender since 2006 and has developed and managed loan relationships in the agricultural, medical, and retail sectors. Mr. Gurley served as the main-point-of contact for the bank’s largest loan customers. Prior to joining Reelfoot in 2007, Mr. Gurley served as Vice President for a large regional bank, where he managed and developed a full service branch office in Union City. Jerry McCullough

serves as Senior Vice President (part-time) concentrating in agriculture lending and credit administration. McCullough served in various capacities with the Farm Credit system for the past 43 years, most recently as a Senior Financial Officer in the Dresden, TN office serving farmers in Northwest Tennessee. He began his career with the Dyersburg Production Credit Association in 1974 in the Union City office as a Field Representative and later as the Branch Manager of the office. McCullough has held several positions with Farm Credit as an Account Executive, Assistant Vice-President, and Vice-President of Lending. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received a BS degree in Agriculture. He is also a graduate of both the Southeast Agriculture Lenders School at Clemson University and the Agriculture Lending School held at Purdue University. He currently serves on the Mid-South Agriculture Finance Conference planning committee held annually at the University of Tennessee at Martin. He and his wife, Claudette, reside in Union City, TN.

Paige Melton

serves as Customer Service Representative and Office Manager for Bank3 in Union City. Ms. Melton has several years of experience in the banking industry as a teller, deposit operation specialist, wire operations supervisor and most recently as a mortgage loan specialist at Simmons Bank. Paige attended Columbia State CC, Middle Tennessee State University and UT at Martin. Paige currently resides in Martin, TN.

Woodland Mills

Patty McCollum

has been associated with The Farmers Bank since 1978 and is currently serves as Vice President of The Farmers Bank. Over her career with the bank Ms. McCollum has managed every aspect of bank operations at the Woodland Mills location including account reconciliation, consumer lending, and loan and deposit processing. Patty and her husband reside in Woodland Mills.

Deanna Harner

serves as a teller, cashier and assistant deposit processor at The Farmers Bank in Woodland Mills. She has several years of banking experience including new account management and loan processing. Deanna has two sons and one granddaughter and is active in her community and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City.  Deanna and her husband reside near Reelfoot Lake.

Haley Roberts

serves as a teller with The Farmers Bank in Woodland Mills and has previous experience in the financial industry. She is the mother of two children and resides in Woodland Mills, TN.
