Bank3 sends text messages (SMS) to existing customers for account alerts, balance inquiries, and transaction notifications as specified within your online banking account. Additionally, Bank3 will send text messages for both informational messages (alerts and notifications) and transactional capabilities (balance inquiries, transaction confirmations).
Opt-In/Opt-Out
You can opt to receive text messages from Bank3 at any time by texting the keyword B3CONNECT to 833-314-3939. To opt out of this service at any time, simply text STOP to 833-314-3939. You may also call Customer Service at 901-623-2265 or toll-free at 833-623-2265 or visit any Bank3 location. After you have opted out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further texts from Bank3 unless you choose to opt in again.
Message Frequency
Messaging may vary based on your account activity and the transactional preferences you select. Service and security messages are sent as needed. Neither Bank3 nor your carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered Bank3 messages.
Carriers and Message & Data Rates
This service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless service plan. International messaging rates may apply if you are traveling outside the U.S. Refer to your plan details for more information. Bank3 does not charge fees for SMS Banking service.
Security
Ensure your mobile device is secure and protected. SMS communications are not encrypted and may not be secure. Bank3 will never ask for passwords, PINs, account numbers, or any other account information via SMS. If you receive a message asking for any of these details or personal information, DO NOT REPLY. Privacy Policy
Your enrollment and use of SMS Banking Service are subject to Bank3’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile number, with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Modifications to Service
Bank3 reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice. Adjust the message frequency or content as needed. Bank3 also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our SMS Terms and Conditions.
By enrolling or consenting to receive text messages (SMS) from Bank3, you acknowledge that Bank3 may collect data, including but not limited to your name, mobile number, carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and any other information you provide through SMS. Bank3 has the right to share any necessary information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or government inquiries. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner, authorized user, or subscriber of the phone number and wireless device you use to receive text messages from Bank3.
