Consumer Disclosure Regarding Conducting Business Electronically, Receiving Electronic Notices and Disclosures, and Signing Documents Electronically
Please read the following information carefully. By proceeding and signing this document, you agree that you have reviewed the consumer disclosure information below and consent to conduct business using electronic communications. This includes agreeing to receive notices and disclosures electronically and utilizing electronic signatures instead of traditional paper documents. This electronic signature service is provided on behalf of Bank3, the “sending party,” which will send you electronic documents, notices, disclosures, or requests for electronic signatures. You are not required to receive notices and disclosures or sign documents electronically. If you prefer not to do so, you can request paper copies and withdraw your consent at any time, as explained below.
Review the system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Sign.
Paper Copies
You are not required to receive notices or disclosures or to sign documents electronically. If you prefer, you may request paper copies of these documents or disclosures. You also have the option to download and print any open or signed documents sent to you through the electronic signature service using the PDF and Print icons. If you would like to receive paper copies instead of electronic documents, you can close this web browser and follow the procedures below to request paper copies from Bank3.
To use the service, you need a standards-compliant web browser that supports the HTTPS protocol, HTML, and cookies. Disclosures and documents are intended to be viewed in a PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader or another compatible software for viewing. To keep copies for your records, you should have access to a printer or the ability to download the information.
Scope of Consent
You agree to receive electronic notices, disclosures, and electronic signature documents with all related and identified documents and disclosures provided over the course of your relationship with Bank3. You may at any point withdraw your consent by following the procedures described below.
