I have some important news that I wanted to personally share with you.
In recent months, we have been communicating about the introduction of our new all-digital payment platform that we have had in development throughout 2025. Our goal has remained constant: to provide our customers with the most modern digital payment platform in the country for both personal and business/commercial banking use.
We had targeted an implementation and conversion date of Monday, August 25, 2025, while working diligently to bring this revolutionary platform to you on that date. As of today, all the functionality of the retail/personal banking account section of the platform is complete.
Due to several factors and the desire to add additional functions to the platform, the business/commercial banking side is not yet ready. To ensure we deliver a truly seamless and fully functional solution, we must take additional time to perfect the features that are vital to our commercial customers’ transaction services. These components are critical to your business operations and your trust in us, and it is our priority to make sure they meet the highest standards before launch. We believe it is far better to delay the rollout than to launch before every aspect is ready to serve you reliably.
Once we are confident that all of the features and functionality that our customers deserve are in place and properly tested, the rollout will begin. We will keep you informed of the revised implementation date for this exciting new way of conducting your banking business!
