Welcome to Bank3, Cody!

Cody serves as VP, Commercial Banking. He has been in the banking & financial industry for 20 years, with extensive experience in servicing commercial clientele. This included serving as a commercial credit analyst for 8.5 years in Jackson, TN at First State Bank before providing commercial insurance to businesses, municipalities, & non-profits for Simmons Bank 3.5 years; he then became a commercial loan portfolio manager and later commercial lender for Simmons Bank. He also served as the Senior Credit Manager at InSouth Bank, with a dual role of originating new commercial loans. Cody Ray has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Tennessee at Martin for 20-years and is a recent past president of the Jackson-Old Hickory Rotary Club.

Bank3 will be closed on Thursday, June 19th in recognition of the Juneteenth holiday.

Bank3 will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Please be aware that in-person and branch-initiated requests will be unavailable to customer on those dates; however, on Friday, July 5th, customers utilizing our web, mobile and cash management systems will be able to process all transactions (transfers, mobile/remote deposits, wires, ACH, positive pay) as normal. All regular banking activities will resume on Monday, 8th when offices reopen.

Bank3 will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of the MLK Day holiday

All Bank3 locations will be closed Friday, July 4^th in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
