Furthermore, it is with great pride that I announce the recent promotion of Matt Shirley to the position of President of Bank3. With his 20+ years of experience and exceptional leadership qualities, we are confident that Matt will play a crucial role in steering our bank towards a future filled with success and prosperity. Shirley said, “I’m honored after 8 years at Bank3 to have the opportunity to become a part of the leadership team, helping to drive our future growth and success.”
In addition to Matt Shirley’s promotion, in a recent press release, we also recently announced several other promotions. We congratulate the following on their successes and well-deserved advancements. Tommy Gurley, West TN Market President, Monica Parks, Chief Information Officer, Hope Bearden, Chief Administration Officer, Jasmine Riley, Vice-President, HR, and Katie Perdue, IT Systems Analyst. As we continue to grow, these promotions are an illustration of the depth and breadth of the talent at Bank3 and our confidence in each of these team member’s ability to be significant contributors in their new roles. They will, no doubt, play an important part in our forward progress.
