Bank3 News: A Memorable Evening Celebrating Women in Banking!

Bank3’s very own VP of Private Banking, Meredith West King, served on this year’s guest panel and discussed this year’s theme- Grace, Grit, & Gumption-Mastering First Impressions & Business Etiquette.

Lisa Fite, Bank3’s EVP and Director of Human Resources, was the recipient of the Dana Davis Burkett Outstanding Woman in Banking award. Lisa has more than 42 years of banking experience and she built the HR department at Bank3 from the ground up. She has also won many honors over the years and was named as a Memphis Business Journal HR Impact Honoree in 2023. Lisa has also been involved with many charities and continues to give back to her community.
